Purchased HP Inktank 115 yesterday. Also installed HP Smart app, it says printer status is Active but printer icon says Initializing. Unable to print. Please help.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
The HP Smart App will not work with Windows 7. It only works with Windows 8 and 10.
Please download and install the software from here:
https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers
