HP Ink Tank 310
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a strange problem with my HP Ink Tank 310. The printer does not print colors correctly. The strange thing is that whenever I give command of color print either directly from the copier or through my computer, the first page prints out correctly with all nice and correct colors. But the second page or so, color prints start having a purplish/pinkish shade or hue thereby distorting all colors. This sometimes happen even on the first color page or print. Half of the first page will be printed by the printer with all accurate and intended colors but the other half of the page will have distorted colors with a purplish hue.

I have already taken the following steps:

1. I have printed a Print Quality Diagnostic Page  and it prints perfectly, no color problems or alignment problems at all.

2. The problem occurs even when I use the copier function of the printer directly without any involvement of my PC or software.

3. I have used the printhead cleaning utility and Align function using the HP Software.

4. I have even manually cleaned the ink heads.

5. There is adequate ink in all tanks in my printer.

6. I am using the appropriate high quality pages for my printing jobs.

Please guide how can I get out of this problem and use my HP Ink Tank 310 appropriately. If I cannot get a solution to the above problem I would have to shift to Epson or Canon Ink Tank Printers. Thanks in advance.
