Hi, I am using my printer for a long time and forgot admin password I configured during initial setup. During search on this forum I found instructions how to reset Wi-Fi and now I am even not able to connect it back. All threads ending with "I will contact you in private messages". Can anyone from support contact me as well or what I need to do to restore or reset admin password?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @paalomnik,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 password reset Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
Let's perform a power drain:
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer and also unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Remove USB cable, if present.
- Wait for 2-3 minutes, press and hold the power button on your printer for about 30 seconds to remove any additional charge.
- Now plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet without any surge protector or an extension cord (This is important) and then plug back the power cord to the printer.
- Turn on the printer and wait till warm-up period finishes and the printer is idle
Update the printer firmware

If the issue persists, then please follow the steps mentioned in this document: Use the HP printer Embedded Web Server (EWS)
Resetting the printer's network settings to its factory default settings erases the embedded Web server (EWS) administrator password.
Follow these steps to reset the printer to the factory default settings:-
Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.
Login to the EWS page with the default credentials and change the password.
Username: admin
Password: "leave it blank"

Hi Gaya1239, it doesn't help. Firmware updates is not accessible without password which I don't have(I forgot it).
Resetting the printer's network settings to its factory default settings does not erase the embedded Web server (EWS) administrator password.
So nothing has changed so far. My printer lost wi-fi connection due to network reset, EWS still not accessible.
