I have the same problem with the same model of HP printer. I tried Hard reset but the problem is still there. Even it is not printing black & White. The problem is showing for color print head but black & White print should be there.

Aslo the new Print head is not available in the my area.

Mistake in chosing hp printer for purchase.

My printer is not printing in black, while the black ink tank is full. Have run all kind of diagnostics and cleaning that your site asks to do. And all is ok as far as your tools are concerned, but it still doesn't print black. Have wasted 4 hours now, your product is a disappointment.
