HP Ink Tank Wireless 415

Hi! I have already tried to reset the printer, power cycled multiple times. Removed and reattached the cartridge, but I am still getting the same error message.

Ink levels are fine.

I am also getting an error regarding the paper. Already added stacks, but is not being loaded.

Thank you!

Hi @jf125,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you've tried several troubleshooting steps already, which is a good start. Here are a few more steps you can try to resolve the issues.

  • Clean the Printhead: Sometimes printhead issues can be caused by clogs or debris. You can try cleaning the printhead manually. Refer to your printer's user manual for specific instructions on how to do this for your model.
  • Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes firmware updates can fix bugs or compatibility issues that may be causing the problem.
  • Inspect for Paper Jams: Even if you're receiving a paper error message, it's worth checking thoroughly for any small pieces of paper stuck inside the printer. Even a tiny scrap can cause the printer to malfunction.
  • Reset the Printer to Factory Settings: If none of the above steps work, you may want to try resetting the printer to its factory settings. Again, consult your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.

Remember to always follow the HP instructions and safety guidelines when performing any maintenance on your printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
