I haven't used my printer in about 6 months, but the last time I did it was working just fine.

I tried to print a document and will look like it's sending it to the queue but the printer doesn't activate at all. So I went to the assistant and tried printing a page to align the cartridges and it worked. It also printed a diagnostic page, but doesn't matter which program I use to print, word or images or adobe acrobat reader, it doesn't activate.

 

I also tried the HP print and scan doctor and sent a test to print and it didn't work. I already uninstalled the printer and installed it again several times and the result is the same... please help!
