I have an Inkjet 2700 printer and up until last week it was printing fine from the computer and mobile phone.. Now it will only print from my mobile phone. I have tried everything i can think of and nothing is working. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi @scrambled0206,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds frustrating to have your printer suddenly stop working with your computer but still function with your mobile phone. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can resolve the issue.
- Restart Your Devices: Sometimes a simple restart can fix connectivity issues. Try restarting both your computer and printer.
- Check Printer Connections: Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer. If it's a wireless printer, check if it's connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
- Update Printer Drivers: Outdated printer drivers can cause compatibility issues. Visit the HP website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Check Printer Queue: There might be pending print jobs stuck in the print queue of your computer. Try clearing the print queue and then try printing again.
- Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Sometimes firewall or antivirus software can block communication between your computer and printer. Temporarily disable these software or add exceptions for your printer.
- Reset Printer Settings: Resetting the printer to its default settings might help. Refer to the printer manual for instructions on how to reset it.
- Reinstall Printer: Uninstall the printer from your computer and then reinstall it. This can sometimes fix software-related issues.
- Test with Another Computer: If possible, try printing from another computer to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to your computer or the printer itself.
Hopefully, one of these steps will help resolve the issue and get your printer working again with your computer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
