I think I'm facing a new fatal error. I have tried everything to resolve this error "E" and all lights are blinking. 

Kindly help me with this issue or guide me if it is required for an HP Agent.

Description :  

                    -tried to connect with every device. 

                    -The printer is not starting just an error which is instantaneous. 

                    -USB/WIFI/LAN is not working

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.
