Greetings Everyone,
This issue has been troubling me for the past month or so.

I am getting E1 media mismatch whenever I try to print to my HP 410 Ink Tank Wireless Printer over WiFi from my windows 11 laptop.

The print doctor when run shows Media Mismatch error and advices to load Letter size paper.

The print size is set to A4 in the following

1. Settings -> Bluetooth and Devices -> Printers and Scanners -> HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 Series PCL - 3 -> Printer Properties -> Device Settings -> Form to Tray Assignment -> Main  Tray -> A4

2. Settings -> Bluetooth and Devices -> Printers and Scanners -> HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 Series PCL - 3 -> Printer Properties -> Advanced -> Printing Defaults -> Paper Quality -> Paper Size -> A4

3. Chrome Print Dialog -> More Settings -> Paper Size -> A4

I have tried printing test pages

- They work fine from printer control buttons

- They error when done from laptop

I have also done

- Power off, wait a minute and power on again after a minutes

- a factory reset using HP EWS and retry

- Uninstall all printer software including driver and re-install them and retry.

- Try from another HP Laptop and a Dell Laptop (both Windows 11)

Nothing seems to work.

Printing works just fine from Mobile Phone (Pixel 6a).

Any pointers will be appreciated. I am just going mad.

Thanks & Regards,

Sendhil
