Hello

I have a message displayed on my printer that my #62 black cartridge has failed, supplied by HP Instant Ink.   Why does this not register on your end if the cartridges are "communicating" ink levels.  Can they not also communicate a failure?  I expected to get an auto email registering the failure and informing of another cartridge on the way.   This cartridge has been installed and working fine for weeks and out of the blue, in the middle of my work day...fails.  I have reset and cleaned and done all the things.  Cannot locate a human to interact with. 

 

Please send another #62 black ink cartridge out right away.  Thankyou.
