i had and am still having get a message need to inroll in insta ink belong to insta ink finally cancelld the program was told i can print but still same probles ant answers outthere hp  sure dosen't know need the printer for doing work

Hi @vetran

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Are you using a regular ink cartridge or an Instant Ink cartridge? 

 

As you have cancelled the Instant Ink, the Instant Ink cartridges sent to you will not work and you will have to replace them with the regular ink. To know more, refer to this document.
