I can't print anything, even the Test Page. I only get the following comments:

 

SPL ERROR - Including Corrupted Data

Position: 0x16e1

System: emuL/SPL/SPL_image

Line:118

Version: V11.73_190212

Error Code: 11-1114

 

I just bought this printer about two week ago. It was working (home use) fine until this morning. Now I can't print anything using PC with cord. I haven't tried the wireless yet. The Windows Troubleshoot finds no issues. WHat should I do??

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

Regarding the model number you mentioned, is unable to pull any info.

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
