HI Guys, I have updated my M775 firmware to HP FutureSmart 4 ,version 4.12.0.1, but after the pritner enters to operation status, about one minute later, there will be this 49.38.03 error pop up.  Has anyone the same issue? how could I resolve this problem, need your help here. Thanks

May be a failing hard drive. I would suggest that you run the diagnostics from the Pre-boot menu. Power off the printer, power on and when the 1/8 appears at the bottom of the screen, touch the HP logo. Go to administrator menu, scroll down to diagnostics and run all tests.
