HP LaserJet Pro MFP M130fw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have the HP Laserjet Pro MFP M130fw, which worked fine until today. The touchscreen went black and now will not turn back on.

  • I have removed the power cable, left it unplugged for 2 min, and plugged it back in directly to an outlet (no power strip), and the issue remains.
  • I have updated the firmware, and it is still the same.

Since the printer seems to be working you might try disassembling and cleaning the display panel.  Ribbon cable contract might be corroded.  If damaged you might be able to replace.

I was unable to find a part number looking at HP site but depending on your location
