Product: HP LaserJet 2420DN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hello,
I have a HP LaserJet 2420DN Printer.
While I was upgrading firmware by serial port using the file: lj2420_fw_util_08_120_4.exe
The printer LCD start count from 0% up to 100%
Then show a message. 'POWER CYCLE'
After that, the printer not working. When I power the printer on:
1) The printer LCD is not lighting or displaying anything.
2) Three LEDs (Ready, Data, Attention) are not lighting anymore.
3) When the power switch is turned on, the sound of motors and cartages works for about 3 seconds.
4) Computer not detect a printer.
How can I fix it, and printer return to working?
Thank you
