Hello everyone,
I really hope you can help me.
I have an HP LaserJet M110we printer. After setting it up, I was able to print without any problems until last Thursday. Then, while printing a file, the printer stopped halfway through the print job and wouldn't print any more.
The printer is only accessible via Wi-Fi. The connection to the printer is established. The printer is also connected to the Wi-Fi router.
The orange exclamation mark icon is visible below the blue Wi-Fi icon. When I press the button next to it (with the down arrow), a printer status page prints.
The HP Smart app on the printer displays the error message "Printer cannot print."
I also sent the cleaning jobs to the printer via HP Smart, and the printer received and cleaned itself.
I reinstalled the toner today. The toner is genuine HP.
The firmware was updated (after the problem occurred).
I hope I haven't forgotten anything important.
Does anyone know what this could be and how to fix it?
If any information or details are missing, please let me know.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Valerij

Hello,
I found the solution in a post that had already been solved.
The solution is:
"I had to go to the printer setup page and enable the "HP web services", the printer connected to the HP servers and it was worknig again."
