Product: HP LaserJet M209dw Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am trying to print just an ordinary document, I have checked the print queue to see if there are other documents in it.  If there is I cancel all documents and try to print again and it just stays in  the print queue. No error messages.  The light on the printer is blue like it is ready.

Are you sure the IP address on the printer has not changed? Are you able to access the ews of the printer from a web browser?
