Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP LaserJet M234sdwe shows rd message but I can't update firmware because it says offline w/ powerup

I took off sticker and connect with usb to my desktop but I can't detect printer.

so print job still remains in the queue.
