Product: Color LaserJet M281fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Color LaserJet M218fdw

When attempting to configure the printer through the web interface I get an HTTP Error 404

I have already re-applied the latest firmware and performed a factory reset of the device but no luck. So far I have not been able to find anything online about this error.

May I know which features are you trying to configure?

 

Are you getting this error when trying to Access the EWS Page?

 

Have you tried using a different browser?

Hi KrazyToad,

It happens on any feature.

I tried Chrome, Firefox and MSEdge. 

It worked fine with IE.

Since it works on IE, then it should be an issue with the computer Browsers extension or security
