Product: HP LaserJet M9040 Multifunction Printer

We locked the panel of our HP LaserJet M9040 printer from users and set an admin password. The printer was only accessible through the web interface. However, my colleague changed the printer's IP address to the wrong one, and now the printer is not accessible. We tried performing a factory reset from the starting menu, but the panel is still locked. How can we reset all settings to factory and restore the panel and all menu options?
