Alex-TATS,
Do the reset instructions that you sent via private message to Fflores also work for a network printer that was set up for security printing by a previous administrator and now no one knows the admin passwords?
When the students go to print, it prompts them to create a PIN for their print job, but when they go to the printer and hit "Retrieve from Device Memory" it goes to a screen which shows: Sign In > Local Device and then has an a dropdown box containing these choices: User Access Code, Administrator Access Code, Service Access Code.
The PIN that they have created does not work in any of these choices. Now I have all their print jobs sitting in the job log and no way for them to print? Please help!

These instructions will work in all cases apart from if the administrator set up a password for accessing the pre-boot menu options. So yes, most of the times these will work fine. However, all configurations in the printer will be lost and will have to been set up again from scratch.
