Microsoft Windows 11

I get a message saying Attention Required whenever I print. Other computers on our network do not have the same problem. I can sometimes, but not always, print if I press the test page button after a test page comes out. I have tried running the trouble shooter, respooling, turning the spooler off and restarting, and installing new drivers. Very frustrating. Any suggestions would be helpful. I am on Windows 10 using an HP LaserJet P2035n.

If other computers work fine, then that would suggest that you have an issue with your driver settings and usually this is the result of a conflict in the page size or type settings. Meaning the job you are sending needs a paper size or paper type that is different than the settings in the printer itself. Because there is no display you do not get the "load paper tray 1" error message just the flashing light. Next time It happens, try putting some paper in the manual bypass (tray 1) and see what happens.
