Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP LaserJet Pro M404-405 when printing automatically cancels the print, this happens both when printing a report directly from the printer, and the same happens if we try to print from a PC, as soon as we send to print, the printer cancels the print, so So it doesn't print anything. I've updated the firmware and it's still the same. What can be?

Does the printer try to feed the paper? Do you get any kind of error message?

no, the printer does not try to take the paper, as soon as you order to print, it shows you the sign that the printing has been cancelled.
I have a little video that shows what happens, but I don't know how to attach it.
