Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Hello,

 

My issue is that my HP LaserJet Pro MFP 125a printer doesn't print two-sided, the option is greyed out in MacOs 12.2.1 Monterey while it does so normally on windows when I tried it. How do I set it up so that I can print two-sided if I want to.

 

I have tried installing the driver from the driver support page, resetting printer devices, restarting and re-adding the printer but still haven't been able to solve the issue. Any suggestions or solutions to try next?
