Hello friends. I just got this printer and installed with usb cable. I can print test pages and regularly. But EVERY page has these 4  small lines on the right side. What am I missing? How do I get rid of them?

Thanks,

likely a bad toner cartridge. YOu can look at the blue green drum to determine if you can see debris or if it is damaged.

Repetitive defects like this could also be caused by a fuser and measuring the distance between them and checking a repetitive defect chart to confirm

That is the right idea but you need to find the troubleshooting manual for your model as the spacing of defects will be different

Here are the spacings for your series

Replacing the toner cartridge did NOT solve the problem. Same exact lines are printing 😞

So looking at the chart you posted, they are about 2.5" apart. So it's OPC. What is that and can I fix, clean it?

Does HP have a self-clean setting?

Sorry not too techy here.

Thanks!
