  1. Please send instructions to reset my printer to factory default settings. Or how to change the wifi configuration. I changed the SSID of my wifi and now no one can connect to printer!

I suggest you check my private message for steps on performing a full reset, the instructions are designed for your specific printer and if anyone with a different model would try the steps, it may render the printer unstable, hence a private message would be the safest way of sharing this information:

I have the same issue with my printer.  Can't connect to it through the software.  I would like to reset it from the printer itself.  Please PM me with instructions.

Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

Meanwhile, let's perform a hard reset (steps mentioned below) on the printer, followed by regular factory reset using the settings menu & let me know how it goes!

Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

NOTE: 

HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.

Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.

Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

 

The answer to the above question will help me, help you!

This did not fix the issue.  I am not able to even get connected to the MFP 28w printer through the software to try and factory reset it.

Please send me the reset instructions for my LaserJet MFP M28w. I cannot reset it via the "System" tab in the web interface, because I accidentally set a wrong password and cannot access it.

Buongiorno, la mia stampante m28w è bloccata. Quando premo il tasto On, la stampante si accende e la spia verde di accensione lampeggia. Anche la scritta HP sul display è intermittente. Ho provato ad effettuare le operazioni di rimozione del cavo di alimentazione ma la stampante non da segnali.
