HP Recommended

LCD screen on HP400 laserjet never clears after powerup. Tried unplugging it to no avail. FYI...house next door had a lightning strike but printer worked OK afterwards. Is there anyway to reset the printer or is it toast?

Can you clarify screen does not clear? Need better details. Can you post a picture of the screen?
