Thanks a lot for the information. I will do that. About the new harddrive, to format should be normal NTFS format ? GPT or MBR? via computer or directly in the printer?

Thanks. Formatted new harddrive and replaced old one. But once on the printer, continue asking for Administrator password. What now?

Previous administrator has locked the formatter and you will likely need to change the formatter to eliminate the password.
