I have a printer jam, but am unable to remove it.  The paper is to short to pull out and it tears every time I try.  The message say clear from rear door, but I can not see anything in the rear only in the front.

If you cannot get at the paper then disassembly might be required to remove the fuser to get the paper out. Common issue on this design as the fuser is nearly impossible to get at.

Use a thicker and hard enough card or a transparency film to insert itself from rear door through fuser to the paper exit to see if you can push anything out of the furse. If it can't then you need to disassembly M276nw.
