Product: HP Laserjet Pro M148fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Printer is less than a year old, purchased from Costco 9/19/2019 (says warranty expired months ago)...doesn't seen right. Anyway, about a week ago the printer started leaving black toner marks down right side of page (all pages) when printing. Have attempted to clean diagnostically and manually to no avail. Ready to toss and buy a new one but would like to see if HP stands behind their product and can offer answers.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
