Product: HP LaserJet Pro M15w Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Laserjet Pro M15W - Printer working fine for years. Did the firmware update and now it's broke.

 

I was suggested to upgrade the firmware.    I did this and it seemed to complete.   I closed the application and later in the day went to print.     Error messages in my queue.    I went upstairs and examined the printer and the power light is blinking green along with the button that has the exclamation point on it.     My computers (plural) no longer recognize this device.
