there is also  two other things that is blinking  the orange and the blue  thing ?

I cant see my printer's error messages in your link.

In that case, could you try power drain on it and check if the issue persists?

Also, please update the firmware of your printer.

It takes forever to finish the firmware update. The firmware update package hasn't moved in 2 hours. Is that normal?

 

My friend chose to restart his PC, and re-download the firmware; the firmware update behaved the same way

May I know from where did you download the driver? 

Was it the latest version?

Hi

 

There is no information on the firmware version on the download page.  It's the only firmware on the hp downloads page.

I would suggest you please use the link below and expand: Er/02 displays, the Attention light blinks, and the Ready light is on

My friend, as I asked the question, has purchased a new printer. So we don't need more help.

 

The printer was a mistake buy.
