In that case, could you try power drain on it and check if the issue persists?
Also, please update the firmware of your printer.

It takes forever to finish the firmware update. The firmware update package hasn't moved in 2 hours. Is that normal?
My friend chose to restart his PC, and re-download the firmware; the firmware update behaved the same way

There is no information on the firmware version on the download page. It's the only firmware on the hp downloads page.

I would suggest you please use the link below and expand: Er/02 displays, the Attention light blinks, and the Ready light is on
