Product: HP LaserJet M209dwe Printer

I have 3 HP Laser Jet M209dwe printers.  2 of them are no longer recognizing their toner cartridges.  These are on firmware 20240813.  The one that is still recognizing its toner is on 20250209.  All of them say they are up to date when you check.  Please advise.
