HP M255dw does not position text properly on envelope

Looks like a sizing issue. What happens if you select portrait instead of landscape?

HI Repairatrooper!  I you change the Page Setup to portrait, it prints the text across the envelope as isEnvelope Page Setup Portraitre orientation indicated in thje Page Setup dialog box.  See screenshot:

My original request was rejected because my photos showed addresses on envelopes.  Here is a second try:

When I try to print envelopes from MS Word 16.69.1 from my Mac Studio. the layout looks perfect in the document window, perfect in the Print dialog box but the text is badly mispositioned on the actual printed envelope.  Photos of each, plus the  Page setup dialog box are shown.  Can anyone help?

Note that the Prince dialog box has been. properly configured:

I would apprediate any suggestions toward correcting this problem!

Ater trying everything else and updating the firmware, I finally reset the printer to Factory defaults and the problem went away!  This also worked for a similar pro lem on an HP Color LaserJet ProM283fdw Multi-function Printer at our local History Center
