Hello everyone,
we have a problem when we update our M401DN/DNE printers to the latest version (20210202) with Webjetadmin.
The update process on Webjetadmin launches correctly but never finishes. The printer updates itself and restarts, but no longer wants to communicate with Webjetadmin. However, the printer's admin settings are unchanged (I've also tried to reset SNMP). On the printer we have in our service, the only way to resolve the communication error was to perform a factory reset (bottom right-hand corner of the printer screen on boot). The problem is that we have a large fleet of printers spread over several sites, so we can't do this on all of them after each update. Is anyone aware of this problem with the latest M401dn firmware?
Please note that we don't have this problem with the M402dn, M575 and our old P2055dn when we update them.
