We just installed an HP M751dn on our wired network. We used the HP Easy Start program version 12_9_8 to setup the printer on our Windows 7 machines. For most of our users, everything works.
On my machine, I followed the exact same steps but I cannot print any documents. It finds the printer, installs it, and prints a test page. But it will not print say a PDF or any other document.
The status field of the printers briefly says "Printing" but then says "Deleting ...".
I found a post saying to delete the print queue, but that did not work.

This is an enterprise level product and as such your most reliable usage will come from manually installing the printer on a standard TCP/IP Port and using the HP Universal Print Driver.

I discovered some programs will print.
Ones that will:
1) FastStone image viewer rev 7.5
2) SmartDraw
3) Eclipse IDE
Ones that will NOT:
1) Notepad version 6.1
2) Visual Studio 2008
3) Adobe Acrobat XI
4) Notepad++ Version 7.3.1
5) Wordpad
6) Microsoft Word 2003
Notepad gives an error saying "The parameter is incorrect".

Another app that will NOT print is the very latest version of Thunderbird 78.11.0 32-bit.
It either says "An error occurred while printing" or hangs altogether with a message saying "Preparing ...". I have to use task manager to kill thunderbird in the latter case.

I actually discovered this on my own but really appreciate you taking time to answer anyway.
I should note that both the Quick Start guide that came with the printer and the User Manual (page 11) say to go to 123.hp.com/LaserJet and run HP Easy Start. That does not work and wasted many hours of my time. HP should either fix their "Easy Start" or their documentation.
