I have unchecked the energy savings box so that it will not go to sleep (Web GUI).
The formatter board was replaced.
New firmware was installed .
Verified settings after all was completed.
No errors are coming up.
The printer will still not print until you walk over and interact with the control screen.

What type of environment is this? If networked does it refuse to wake from multiple devices? Will the job print once you wake up the printer from the control panel? Are you able to access the embedded web server while it is asleep? One common problem is if you are using a WSD port as the communication port for the driver, it may not respond. I recommend you use a TCP/IP port for the print driver.

Networked, off a Windows 2008 R2 server.
It treats all users the same...
Yes, it spills the que when you touch anything on the control panel.
Yes, I can get to the Web GUI at any time.
I am using a standard TCP/IP port.
I also have another 16 printers of the same model (same settings) on this server and they run great!
I have verified the settings click by click...
We also went through the router and verified the port settings/operation.

Have you performed a harddrive format and reinstall of firmware? Because the OS is windows based on these devices they have the same corruption issues as desktop windows machines.
