Hi

Display screen shows document loaded hence the printer doesn't activate power saver mode. Already cleaned the document feeder with no paper or piece left. Also did hard reset by plug off power while printer was on. Did entire printer reset too! Please advice

This lever must be checked.
Probably the lever has bent a little and is stuck!
