Hi, I have a HP Neverstop Laser 1000w and it can't be reloaded: the Toner Level Indicator lights up as if there is no toner left (the orange led only) without any other indicator (the +1 or +2 or warning triangle), also the Toner Reload Indicator is off, so it can't be reloaded (as seen in the attached photo). Still, when I try to plug in the new Toner Reload Kit the Reload Indicator blinks orange.

PS: The print quality is good, and the toner used for reloading is HP Genuine, it's just that it can't be reloaded.Toner Level Indicator orange led and no Reload StatusToner Level Indicator orange led and no Reload Status

Thanks for the response, unfortunately, updating the firmware didn't solve the problem. I attached a configuration report, maybe it would be of help.
