Hi,
my HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw worked fine til yesterday. Today it won't turn on like there's absolute no power, no noises, no blinknig error lights.
I tried everything already posted on other threads: changed and tested different outlets, replaced cable and tried the "purge" operation like suggested in other HP support pages. Of course the printer is still dead.
My warranty "suspiciously" exired 10 days ago and of course now I would have to pay for repair if it's even fixable.
Is there some kind of hail mary I can try to save this printer from the dump?
Thanks

Hi @DavidePagin,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Neverstop Laser 1001nw printer is not powering on, there could be a few possible causes for this issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check the power source: Make sure the printer is properly connected to a working power outlet. Verify that the power cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the electrical outlet. You may want to try plugging the printer into a different outlet to rule out any issues with the power source.
- Test the power cable: Inspect the power cable for any signs of damage or fraying. If possible, try using a different power cable to determine if the issue lies with the cable itself. If the printer powers on with a different cable, you may need to replace the original cable.
- Reset the printer: Disconnect the power cable from the printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then reconnect it. This can sometimes resolve temporary power-related issues.
- Check the power button and control panel: Ensure that the power button on the printer is not stuck or damaged. Press the power button firmly to see if it responds. Additionally, check the printer's control panel for any error messages or indicators that could provide further information about the issue.
- Inspect internal connections: If you are comfortable doing so, you can open the printer's access panels and check the internal connections. Ensure that all cables and connectors are securely plugged in and not loose or disconnected. Be cautious while working inside the printer, as it contains sensitive components.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

The link sends me to my device page where I can select a contact support. The option for the "HP for out of warranty phone support" is linked to a dead page. It says "This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
I've been tryng that link for days.

I'm stuck in the same boat, nothing I do will turn it off, mines died also right after the warranty expires. What worse is this printers not even cheap because of the refillable toner, we have to pay more upfront for it. I just put in a brand new thing of toner when it died, so I lost out on both the printer and cost of toner.

- I thought the Neverstop printer was built in the tradition of the wonderful HP name. Oh well, should have known better. No repair options, no support, HP just recommended buying a new computer after just 2 years. I bought the HP M234.
