HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200 W ERROR 12. How to solve the problem if everything described in the answer to this topic does not work. The printer was in the house, rarely used and broke after the warranty expired.

Hi @Igor6931 

That error means that Imaging Drum inside printer has a failure and you need to replace.

• Er/12 displays, the Attention light blinks, and the Imaging Drum light is on

• There might be an issue with the imaging drum.

  Remove the imaging drum, and then install a different one.
