HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, please excuse me if I’m in the wrong area for this problem. I have an HP never stop laser MFP 1202W printer. It has been a good printer but one day I noticed it was completely powered off. I checked the plug , tried to re-plug it in and still it will not power on. I’ve seen the tech-support solution to unplug the printer while powered on to try to fix the issue, but the power is not on to begin with for that solution. From what I know so far, it is possible my power supply has went bad . That’s unfortunate for such a costly printer and would expect a better lifetime usage. Has anybody ran into this issue and is there another solution other than chalking it up to replacing the power supply? Also, how would I be able to find one? I would hate to end up having to get a whole new printer and I don’t know if I can go with HP again if the printer is going to crap out on me  within a year.

As you have already tried the troubleshooting steps, this could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.

I= am having the identical issue.  I have allowed the printer to sit for over an hour, replaced the cord and have attempted in other outlets.  I have also used other devices plugged into the original outlet since the issue began.  How do I get support on this issue?
