Hi L-U-L-U,

Thank you for your response!

I definitely would recommend re-creating those two files. If everything else is printing fine it is possible those files became corrupted somehow.

If this helps, please consider clicking on 'accept as solution.' And, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

Hope this information helps! 🙂

Hi @L-U-L-U

Thank you for joining the HP Forums!

I understand that you cannot print pages with .jpegs on them, with your HP Officejet Pro 6960 printer. I am happy to help!

What program are you using to print from? This could be a software related issue. Example: Microsoft Word 2016.

For now, please try our HP Print and Scan Doctor, and let me know what happens!

Please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.

Hope to hear from you soon! 🙂

Dear RnRMusicMan

Thank you for your reply.

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium.

I have run the HP PRINT AND SCAN DOCTOR and all is fine.

It appears that there are only 2 particular files that it can't print.

These files were created when I still had my old printer ----------I have uninstalled the old printer.

Do you suggest that I just re-create these files.

Kind regards

L-U-L-U
