Hello, I have an Office Jet Pro 7740 that has stopped printing or copying, however it does still scan.
It is connected wirelessly and has worked fine up until yesterday. I have reset the printer and have followed the troubleshooting steps I can find in this community. Sadly, everything I have tried hasn't worked.
When I send a print command to the printer, the printer makes all the usual start up noises, then just stops and the printers screen is then stuck on "printing". Yet doesn't print.
I've also tried printing details directly from the printers control panel like network connections and print quality, those work.
I'm desperately in need of my print and copy function, without it I can't do my job.
