Losing the will to live here.. Printer is not that old, have the instant ink package and currently wasting most of it on constant cleaning . Just come out today to print some plain black documents and nothing has printed at all. Just blank pages. been through printer diagnostics and gone through 3rd level clean 4 times now and still getting very poor quality on the black. Cartidges are still around half full s I don`t really want to ditch them and replace with the new ones I have ready.. I only cleaned the print heads around 2 days ago for a similar problem..

Anyone have any suggestions other than binning the printer and getting on that actually works as it should?

Hello

To assist you with the best possiblities, I will request you to upload /share the sample report. There can be a possible issue with the Print head or the ink itself. To isolate the root caause . i will request you to share the sample at the earliest. if further steps is needed i will share the same.

Many thanks for the reply.

I had carried out 90% of these checks etc already, but the print quality was still very poor.

I have just prined a diagnostic test page which was pretty much perfect after removing all the cartridges and reinserting them.

A plain balck and white print has just worked fine too..

I`ll monitor for a couple of days and see how it goes..

Well, I`m sorry to report , its done it again today and I`ve had to waste time, ink and paper on more "cleaning" to get the infernal machine to print. I will be taking it to the tip tomorrow for recycling and will be looking to buy a printer that actually works without all this faffing about every time you need to print something..

Thank you for replying, @Deepakku,

If you're still having issues with printing as suggested, please go ahead and send us the account details through private message. So that we can go ahead and make arrangements to ship you a set of Instant ink cartridges. Which should help you resolve this issue.

Waiting for your response!

Thank you 🙂
