Product: HP Officejet 7000 Wide Format Printer - E809a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have an issue with the ink carriage stuck to the right side of the printer. All lights flashing and no motion in the printer itself. I am assuming that a cartridge has leaked out and stuck the carriage home. How do I remove the top cover(what bit and size I need to use). Once the top is removed and I gain access to the cartridges. I hope I can remove them and clean the railing with alcohol.
