Product: HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
HP OfficeJet 8022e All-in-One Printer less than a year old, was printing fine til last nite , unplugged it this morning to move it to another room(my bad, forgot to shut down first). after moving to the other room plugged in it would not come on at all. I have been trying to figure out all day why it won't come back on, i assume Improper shut down did it. So as of now all i have done is left it unplugged to try to give it time to re-set long enough for me to try to re-start it but no luck. I did get it on briefly and it did show me the wi-fi appeared to be the issue. but it wont stay on long enough for me to fix it. any help would help. otherwise i will call HP in the am, i do have extended warranty on this thing thank goodness but i do need this printer daily.
Many thanks in advance,
Rose
