Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP Office Jet Pro 6978 Printer Problem Error ox61000048. This happened after a power outage. Got error message that the printer was not turned off properly and to turn off by power by the power button. Then turned back on and got an error for paper jam. Pulled tray and checked for jams.  Took out paper and replaced paper. Then I get this error ox61000048. Contacted HP several days ago and no one returns my phone message.
