Hi @Anthony321

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

The error code B80009F0 on your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e indicates a serious issue with the printer's system.

Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

1. Perform a Hard Reset

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds, then press and hold the power button for 30 seconds to discharge residual power.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

2. Update Printer Firmware

  • Visit the HP Support website to check for firmware updates for your printer. Updating the firmware can resolve known issues and improve performance.

3. Check for Obstructions

  • Open the printer's access doors and inspect the carriage path for any debris or obstructions.
  • Use a flashlight to check for hidden objects that might be blocking the carriage.

4. Perform a Semi-Full Reset

  • Unplug the printer and hold down the Cancel (X) button and the Wi-Fi button simultaneously while plugging it back in.
  • Release the buttons when the printer powers on.
