Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP OfficeJet 3830 Not Printing Black.  If I try and print from laptop no black is printed even though printing seems to be occurring. Printing from mobile Also won't print black but weirdly replaces it (partially) with light blue instead!

 

However when i do the printer status report that DOES print black!!! Seems to be the same on a couple of laptops and phones sending the print!  Drivers and software all says its up to date! As the status report page prints absolutely fine in black this would seem to be something other than a print head issue.
